When I first found out I was pregnant I thought it would be fun & special to make a quilt for the baby! My mom & I went to this neat quilting shop in Perham, MN and found the cutest fabric to make a rag quilt. Well during the first trimester of the pregnancy I was way too tired to work on the quilt. At the end of the second trimester I had enough energy to go out to my sister LaShawn's place to have her help me cut the fabric. Then slowly, but surely I got the quilt put together and finished it a couple of weeks ago. The whole process made me realize that I probably won't be on top of things enough to make each of my children a special quilt - they'll have to share this one!
